Light Base Made with recycled materials
A light base is a must for making gourd luminaries. The base helps stabilize the gourd, so it won’t tip like it sometimes will by putting the light directly into the side of the gourd. Just use a hole saw to drill a 2-1/2″ hole in the bottom and insert the light base. It can be glued into the gourd with wood glue if desired. Paintable using any water based paint. Easy to clip light cord into base, slot on side allows for cord to be inserted and held in place. Also great to use as a base for gourds that do not sit flat. Light cord and bulb not included with base.
