Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Speed 
Most orders are shipped within 2 – 4 business days from date of the order. Orders can take up to 7 business days to package and send out. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Shipping Charges 
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. For customers in the United States, this is limited to the amount paid at checkout.

International Shipping Charges 
For shipments sent outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for all postage fees, customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or any other fees related to the shipment. International customers generally see extra fees so please expect this and take this into account before ordering.

We firmly stand behind all products purchased from Amish Gourds. If you receive an item that you’re not happy with, we will gladly replace it free of charge, as long as you notify us by e-mail within 15 days of shipment date. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please contact us as soon as you have inspected your shipment. State the reason you are not happy with the item. Include your order number, phone number where you can be reached during business hours and evening hours, and we will contact you. At that time, we will give you instructions on how to send the item back. Once we receive the item, we will send a replacement.

Shipping Address Corrections 
Please double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct. UPS and FED EX now charge a $12.50 fee for any address correction, even a missing Unit number, letter or number that is not 100% accurate. We will bill back this charge to the customer.  USPS will return a package to us if they are not able to deliver due to an incorrect address.  We will have to rebill for shipping a returned package if the address correction is the customer error.

Gift Cards
Gift cards can be combined with up to one other method of payment. All gift cards, regardless of marking on physical card, expire one year after date of issue.
